This comes as research from Hotels.com reveals the nation is breakfast buffet bonkers, as three quarters (76%) of holiday-starved Brits can鈥檛 wait to dig back into one when restrictions are fully eased. Two thirds (62%) even get up early to beat the crowds and get the best morning selection. In fact, Brits would give up sex for a month (15%), their salary for a week (11%) and socialising with friends (19%) to be back eating a hotel buffet breakfast on holiday again.

The British classic beans on toast is a firm favourite, with 85% of Brits admitting they would still have this staple for breakfast on holiday, despite splashing out on a 5* hotel. We love to see it.
