Atom Learning鈥檚 online learning platform for schools, Atom Prime, is entering the UK primary school market. The key stage 2, adaptive learning platform is starting its partnership with all 23 primaries of the David Ross Education Trust (DRET).
The award-winning platform that launched four months ago is already used by over 20% of UK prep schools.聽The platform聽combines high-quality content, designed and produced by teachers, with sophisticated technology to keep students on聽their individual, optimal learning paths. Atom Prime reduces teacher workload, supports teachers in managing mixed ability classes, ensures non-subject experts can run productive lessons and improves dialogue between parents and teachers.聽Atom Prime integrates with Atom Nucleus, part of the Atom Learning suite of learning products, an affordable alternative to a private tutor to which parents can optionally subscribe.
Atom Prime has been incorporated into the work schedules of all 23 primaries for KS2 English, maths and reasoning skills.聽Atom Learning was launched by Jake O鈥橩eeffe and聽Alex Hatvany who became frustrated by the inequality聽in education provision in the UK and globally.聽They see huge potential for technology聽to reduce the gap in attainment between the most and least privileged.
