“Seeing women in fields that historically have been male dominated always brings a sense of inspiration, and I鈥檓 sure I don鈥檛 just say this for myself as a young woman who is navigating their career path.
These women are responsible for creating the most amazing and useful ideas that speak to needs we might have in different industries. From women鈥檚 health to tech solutions, this year鈥檚 picks were definitely interesting to learn about. One woman in tech who stood out for me was Jane Jin. I have a fascination with chemistry, and her startup uses chemistry to create sustainable solutions where being environmentally friendly is more important now than it ever has been.鈥�

沤ydr奴n臈 Vitait臈 has worked in business development and operations in various technology companies, as well as leadership roles both in business and NGOs.
Currently, she is working as Business Unit Manager at Monitum (IoT industry) and is the Co-founder of Women Go Tech 鈥� a successful mentorship programme encouraging women to choose their careers in ICT and engineering. The programme is patronised by the former President of Lithuania, Dalia Grybauskait臈, is supported by international and local businesses.

Zee is a digital enthusiast who has experience in writing and researching all things tech and startups. She is one of the writers at 91探花, and specialises in writing news, guides, and other long-form content. Outside of writing, she also specialises in web and brand design, adding to her passion for working with startups and small businesses.
