OrderPay is the UK鈥檚 fastest, most flexible & most cost-effective Order & Pay provider. Which means they鈥檝e provided over 3,000 venues with flexible software solutions that enable customers to order products, pay, and browse menus using their mobile device.
They have currently 52 employees, across various departments including data, marketing, sales, onboarding and product design. Founders Richard Carter and Ren茅 Batsford have combined decades of leadership experience within the hospitality, tech and innovation sectors.
OrderPay was launched, like many hospitality tech platforms, during 2020 – when venues couldn鈥檛 resume service as normal due to new government guidelines. Unlike other platforms however, OrderPay has managed to sustain high levels of growth
This is due in part to flexible and feature rich solutions, and the company鈥檚 ability to be agile and create bespoke solutions that suit individual and customer needs. Over the past two years they have been constantly innovating and adapting to an ever changing market and are helping to pioneer adoption of tech.
Their main goal is to encourage venues to incorporate the right solution into their business to help streamline operations and improve customer experience. From traditional app ordering to keeping the whole hospitality experience the same, but using your mobile to pay via a QR code at the end of your meal instead of chasing a PDQ machine.
Furthermore, they want the platform to support venue staff, particularly due to the tough times they鈥檝e had in the industry. They鈥檙e now seeing that users are 10x more likely to tip when using their solutions, which keeps operators and staff extremely satisfied with OrderPay鈥檚 service. Venues are also seeing higher spend per head, helping their bottom line.
They have served over 330,000 customers across the UK and recently processed their millionth order. They鈥檝e worked with huge names such as the likes of Pho, Topgolf and Stonegate – but also they鈥檝e worked with equally incredible independent venues looking to implement tech solutions.
