You were one of our judges for the women in tech competition, how was judging?
听
Incredibly inspiring. The level of innovation and impact from the entrants was impressive, but what stood out most were the companies that could clearly articulate their mission, results, and differentiators.
听
What advice do you have for women wanting to start their own companies?
听
Start now. Validate your idea, find your market, and build something people truly need. Surround yourself with the right people鈥攎entors, investors, and a strong support system. Execution matters more than perfection, so take the leap and iterate along the way.
