“People first.” Focus on solving real problems of the customers you are targeting and not what you assume they require. A product that delivers value speaks for itself. And at the beginning of the process, do not get caught up in the details鈥攆irst hire people who are as passionate about the product as you are and who are flexible enough to change with the company.聽聽

What excites me most about working at Devart is knowing our products make a real difference. From helping SpaceX explore space to supporting Pfizer鈥檚 life-saving research, our software quietly powers major achievements. And it鈥檚 not just the big players鈥攅very day, businesses of all sizes use our tools to tackle data challenges, save time, and grow. Being part of that journey, making an impact, big or small, is what keeps me motivated.聽聽聽

How has Devart evolved over the last few years?聽聽聽

Devart has experienced steady growth over the last five years, even amid global challenges. Since 2020, the company showcased a solid performance, driven by our flagship product lines and projects: dbForge for SQL Server has grown by 116.5%, ODBC drivers by 245.33%, and TMetric by 199.53%. Skyvia鈥攐ur cloud-based data integration platform鈥攈as grown by 250.62% and is becoming a key part of our product lineup. To keep up with this momentum, we restructured into specialized units, each with dedicated leadership. This has allowed us to focus on strategic opportunities and significantly improve the customer experience.聽
