Who Ranked Number 1? 鈥撎

Feedback From The Judges

It was difficult to choose, as every company in the top 50 deserves recognition for the seriousness of their work. They solve expensive, structural problems in construction, finance, healthcare, public services, and AI infrastructure. The standouts for me were ScaleOps in GPU optimisation for AI workloads, Crescendo in agentic customer experience, Buildots, which has redefined construction intelligence, and Dwelly, which pioneered the UK鈥檚 first credible AI-rollup. Equally impressive were the social impact companies: MEDvidi widens US mental health access, ICS.AI transforms UK public services, Greyparrot earned TIME Best Invention 2025 in waste recovery, Excelas tackles education inequality, and Diadia Health builds trustworthy clinical AI.

, Technical Marketing Manager

There are two key ingredients important to me: big technical ideas and customer proof points. The companies that have an advantage are the ones that go beyond simply building a wrapper or adding AI to a workflow and instead use AI as a core layer for decision-making, governance, infrastructure, or domain-specific execution. DevRev, Luminance, and Bioptimus are companies that combine domain depth and advanced architectures with strong traction. The best entries consistently explain a painful problem clearly, show why AI is essential to solving it, and support the story with hard metrics, deployments, or credibility in regulated industries rather than relying on buzzwords alone.

, Co-Founder and CEO of Singulr AI

Working in AI and automation, you see a lot of similar ideas, so it鈥檚 refreshing to see so much diversity in this list backed by a strong commitment to responsible development. The highest-ranked entries stood out because they鈥檙e not trying to take on the world; instead, they focus on solving very specific business problems. Crucially, they also demonstrate how AI can strengthen human values, which is fundamental to how we should approach the design and development of tools. This year鈥檚 entries prove that AI can drive original, impactful solutions that enrich our lives.

, Senior Director and Automation Practice Lead, Applause

This year鈥檚 AI45 entries demonstrate remarkable maturity. The standouts proving measurable enterprise ROI rather than capability alone. DevRev鈥檚 $1.1B valuation, Tricentis鈥檚 $500M ARR, and ScaleOps鈥檚 70-80% GPU utilisation shows what execution looks like at scale. BAND and Featherless.ai are building infrastructure the agentic economy requires. Greyparrot and Recite Me moved me; AI applied with genuine social purpose. The construction tech cohort: Buildots, SmartPM, and Krane 鈥 surprised with real rigour in a notoriously slow-to-adopt sector. The strongest entries translated AI into operational impact rather than treating it as an end in itself. Execution, adoption, and value creation define this year鈥檚 leaders.

Maria Nugroho, AI Enterprise Strategist

This year鈥檚 entries are a prime example of how AI has moved past the hype and is actually solving real-world problems.听I was also particularly drawn to the companies serving underserved populations. Quinly tackling the devastating seven-year delay in child abuse disclosure, MAGI building a trauma-informed approach specifically for neurodivergent women, and CallieCare stripping away tech barriers for seniors. Thoughtful solutions for people the tech world too often leaves behind.

The healthtech innovations really caught my eye, too. MEDvidi, training its psychiatry AI on 130,000 clinical visits, or Diadia, using causal reasoning to stop medical AI from 鈥渉allucinating鈥 facts. A huge step toward tech we can actually trust with our health.

Beyond the health sector, I was impressed by companies like UnlikelyAI achieving 94.9% accuracy over GPT-5, managing 70.3%, and Buildots鈥 massive construction impact. The true standouts were the ones that didn鈥檛 just look cool, but actually bridged critical gaps with results. It鈥檚 clear AI is shifting from flashy demos to reliable, specialized tools that do the heavy lifting. The future is all about smarter tech that actually works in the wild. If this year was any preview, the next wave of innovation will be something special to witness.

About MAGI

MAGI is an AI powered wellbeing companion designed for neurodivergent women and girls. Founded by Carly Walter, the company was created from lived experience of ADHD, PMDD, fibromyalgia, burnout and years of misdiagnosis within systems that were never designed around fluctuating energy, cognition and emotional regulation.

The idea for MAGI began in 2024 after seeing repeated gaps in support across healthcare, education, workplaces and everyday life. Existing wellbeing apps often rely on consistency, habit tracking and high cognitive effort. For many neurodivergent and hormonally impacted women, that approach can increase shame and overwhelm rather than reduce it.

MAGI was built differently. The platform uses AI to recognise changing states of overwhelm, stress, fatigue and emotional capacity in real time, then responds with personalised support designed for low capacity moments. Rather than pushing productivity, MAGI focuses on regulation, self understanding and practical support that adapts to how a user feels in the moment.
Since launch, the company has carried out extensive user led research with more than 650 women and girls, identifying common barriers including decision fatigue, emotional overwhelm, masking, sensory stress and lack of accessible support. This research shaped the foundations of the platform and positioned MAGI as a prevention focused technology rather than a clinical diagnostic tool.

The journey has not been straightforward. As a female founder from a non traditional tech background, building an AI health technology company without major investment brought significant challenges. These included balancing research, product development and fundraising while also navigating personal health conditions and systemic barriers often faced by women founders in technology. Despite this, MAGI has secured growing recognition across the UK innovation ecosystem.

The company has participated in leading innovation and accelerator programmes across Yorkshire and the UK, including Health Innovation Yorkshire and Humber support initiatives, Women TechEU related development activity, university collaborations and regional health innovation programmes. MAGI has also begun building relationships with NHS aligned organisations, universities and community partners interested in preventative approaches for womens health and neurodivergent support.

Within the AI industry, MAGI is helping challenge assumptions around who AI wellbeing products are designed for. The company advocates for inclusive, trauma informed and neuro affirming AI systems that reduce cognitive load rather than add to it. It also highlights the urgent need for technology that reflects real world experiences of women whose symptoms, communication styles and health patterns have historically been overlooked in both healthcare and technology design.

MAGI represents a new direction for AI wellbeing technology where accessibility, emotional safety and human centred design are treated as core innovation, not optional extras.

25. LogicMonitor

About LogicMonitor

LogicMonitor was founded in 2007 to solve one of enterprise IT鈥檚 most difficult challenges: enterprise visibility across increasingly complex IT environments. Built natively as a SaaS platform long before the industry shifted to cloud, LogicMonitor anticipated the rise of hybrid infrastructure and laid the foundations for what has now become a new category of AI-driven, autonomous IT operations.

Today, LogicMonitor is the AI-first platform for Autonomous IT, helping enterprises operate increasingly complex digital systems with greater resilience, efficiency, and confidence. Trusted by more than 2,900 customers and 145,000 users worldwide, LogicMonitor processes more than two trillion metrics daily across more than five million devices, delivering AI-first observability at enterprise scale. Backed by Vista Equity Partners, the company has evolved from an observability pioneer into the intelligence engine powering autonomous, self-healing IT operations.

At the centre of that transformation is Edwin AI, LogicMonitor鈥檚 agentic AI for IT operations. Where legacy tools stop at detection, Edwin AI manages the entire incident lifecycle: correlating thousands of alerts into high-fidelity incidents, identifying root causes, guiding remediation, executing automated workflows, and generating post-incident reports. Embedded into the platform architecture itself, Edwin AI is a modular system of specialised AI agents designed to reason across fragmented enterprise telemetry, understand business impact, and 3x3cut3 action autonomously.

In 2025, LogicMonitor expanded its Autonomous IT platform through the acquisition of Catchpoint, adding deep Internet Performance Monitoring and Digital Experience Monitoring capabilities that eliminate blind spots from infrastructure to end-user experience. Together, LogicMonitor and Catchpoint deliver unified visibility from user to code across infrastructure, cloud, Internet services, applications, and digital experience, creating a single intelligence layer for modern enterprise operations.

The results for customers are concrete. At Syngenta, managing 9,000 devices across 400 sites, Edwin AI reduced alert volume by 80%, cut manual effort by 20%, and improved mean time to resolution by 30%. MSP Nexon achieved 91% alert noise reduction and 67% fewer ServiceNow incidents within weeks. Across customers, organisations report up to 95% alert compression, MTTR reductions exceeding 60%, and deployment times as short as three to eight weeks.

Beyond operational gains, Edwin AI is also improving the human experience of IT. Plain-language guidance helps junior engineers resolve incidents that previously required senior escalation, while AI-driven triage has reduced overnight call-outs by up to 60%, helping combat burnout across operations teams.

LogicMonitor鈥檚 strategic partnership with OpenAI further strengthens Edwin AI鈥檚 reasoning capabilities, helping enterprises transform fragmented telemetry into precise, actionable intelligence at global scale.
From pioneering SaaS observability to defining the Autonomous IT category, LogicMonitor is reshaping how enterprises operate in the AI era. By combining AI-first observability, user-to-code visibility, and autonomous action in a single platform, LogicMonitor helps organisations eliminate blind spots, strengthen resilience, protect customer experience, and keep revenue-critical systems running at machine speed. As digital complexity accelerates, LogicMonitor is helping define what intelligent, self-healing enterprise operations look like for the future.

29. t54

About t54

t54 is the trust layer for the agentic economy. t54 recently announced their $5 million seed funding round, which was led by Anagram, PL Capital, and Franklin Templeton, with strategic participation from Ripple, Virtuals Ventures, Blockchain Coinvestors, and ABCDE.

As AI agents evolve from copilots to autonomous economic actors, moving from financial advice to execution across payments, treasury management, and commerce, a critical infrastructure gap has emerged. There鈥檚 no standardised way to verify an agent鈥檚 identity, assess its risk, or ensure accountability when transactions fail. t54 is building the trust layer that makes a secure agent economy possible.

t54 also enables a line of credit to be issued to agents without requiring human KYC, further reducing the risk of humans leaking their sensitive financial data. t54鈥檚 claw credit service has terms of use and data policy, making sure the data permissions are explicitly agreed by the human owner.

t54鈥檚 platform addresses trust across four pillars:

Identity & Verification: A verified identity layer covering developer verification, model provenance, human-agent binding, and intent attestation, ensuring businesses can delegate to agents while maintaining compliance and auditability.

Risk & Fraud: A real-time risk engine that evaluates transactions using agent-native signals including behavioural patterns, code audits, mandates, and device context to detect anomalies and prevent manipulation.

Credit: Underwrites agent-native credit lines using verified identity, risk scores, real-time behavioural signals, and transaction history, bringing liquidity into the agent economy. Platform: Unified infrastructure that integrates identity, risk controls, and settlement into one operational layer, enabling businesses to manage autonomous agents without adding operational overheads.

t54 also recently participated in a cross-institutional research paper alongside Google DeepMind, Microsoft Research, Columbia University and Virtuals Protocol. The paper proposes a new Agentic Risk Standard (ARS), a framework that applies financial risk management principles to AI agent transactions.

The paper, entitled 鈥淨uantifying Trust: Financial Risk Management for Trustworthy AI Agents,鈥 introduces a settlement-layer protocol that uses escrow, underwriting, and collateralisation to protect users from financial loss when autonomous AI systems 3x3cut3 tasks involving payments or assets. Through 5,000 rounds of simulation, the research found that agent underwriting services can reduce losses in financial transactions by up to 61%.

t54 has previously announced a strategic collaboration with Evernorth, the Ripple-backed digital asset treasury company raising over $1 billion for institutional XRP holdings. Under the collaboration, Evernorth intends to integrate t54鈥檚 agentic finance infrastructure and trust layer to power verification, risk assessment, and compliance for autonomous treasury operations on the XRP Ledger.

t54 is led by Chandler Fang. Prior to t54, Chandler was the Lead Product Manager of Payments at Ripple, where he led the company鈥檚 blockchain-powered cross-border payments platform, 鈥楻ipple Payment鈥. Before Ripple, as VP of Product Management, he was in charge of J.P. Morgan鈥檚 Cash Flow Forecasting AI product, serving hundreds of corporate clients. He also served as a Venture Partner at FoundersX Ventures, investing in DeepTech and FinTech for close to a decade. Chandler holds an MS in Financial Engineering from UC Berkeley Haas.

About ABBYY

Challenges overcome

ABBYY operates in an increasingly competitive market, with startups and major tech companies like AWS and Google also offering OCR and primitive Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). Additionally, the rise of large language models (LLM) has driven hype around general-purpose AI and one-size-fits-all solutions for document processing causing confusion in the market.

ABBYY overcame these market challenges by emphasising its purpose-built AI specifically designed for document-centric enterprise processes, prioritising accuracy, control, and transparency. To strengthen its competitive advantage, it invested heavily in R&D and its multimodal AI approach using small language models (SLM) for document processing. These can be found in its Purpose-Built AI Centre alongside a Secure LLM Gateway that enables a hybrid approach to using the power of LLMs with the precision and accuracy of SLMs.

The company also educated the market by delivering results of global surveys that revealed FOMO being a driver for AI in 2024 and the disillusionment of GenAI in 2025. It also hosted events such as the AI Summit and Ascend Series to highlight the gap between AI hype and the realities of enterprise-grade Document AI.

Impact on the AI industry

ABBYY鈥檚 influence is reflected in its 20% growth in its global partner ecosystem in 2025, with organisations including Deloitte, Microsoft, IBM, and Blue Prism using its AI to drive large-scale document automation. Partners and customer realise that as AI adoption grows in regulated sectors, ABBYY is advancing trusted Document AI solutions to power agentic automation. Its sustained investment in R&D is reflected in 22 new patents and consistent analyst leadership, marked by eight consecutive years as a leader by Everest Group, and others.

ABBYY鈥檚 industry leadership is reinforced by customer impact. Connells Group processes over 8,000 supplier invoices monthly, but rapid 2025 growth made its manual email-based system unsustainable. ABBYY and Blue Prism Cloud delivered a fully automated invoice processing solution 鈥 from email intake and data extraction to system entry 鈥 reducing manual work and improving accuracy without adding headcount.

ABBYY also advocates an AI Risk Management Policy aligned with the EU AI Act to promote responsible, transparent, and trustworthy AI.

ABBYY, alongside IBM, Nvidia and Red Hat, established the DocLang working group with Linux Foundation. DocLang is an open, AI-native document format that preserves meaning, layout, and context, improving document interpretation and governance for generative AI and agentic systems.

Our start

Founded in 1989, ABBYY helps organisations optimise processes, accelerate decisions, and drive better outcomes with purpose-built Process AI and Document AI. ABBYY Document AI transforms data from any document, in any format or language, any time, into intelligence to drive processes and bring new levels of clarity to decision-making. ABBYY Process AI delivers process-related insights to improve business processes.

More than 10,000 enterprises, including many Fortune 500 companies, rely on ABBYY鈥檚 35 years of innovation to leverage business data to improve the way we work and live. With offices in 13 countries, ABBYY leads the way for smarter agentic automation.

17. Diadia Health

About Diadia Health

Healthcare AI has a trust problem. Clinicians are flooded with tools that surface statistically plausible answers, then routinely discover those answers are wrong. A Harvard study found 91.8% of clinicians had encountered AI suggestions that looked credible but were clinically incorrect. In high-stakes medicine, plausible is not good enough.

Diadia Health, founded in 2021 by Elena Ikonomovska, PhD and Andrii Yasinetsky, is the first AI causal reasoning platform built for precision medicine in complex chronic disease 鈥 and the first to approach clinical AI not as a prediction engine, but as a reasoning engine. Where pattern-matching AI asks what this case looks like, Diadia asks why it is happening, modelling the biological mechanisms behind each patient instead of matching to population averages.

The challenge was technical and cultural. Elena, an AI scientist by training who prototyped infrastructure that became foundational to Google BigQuery and served as the first data scientist at Reddit, had spent over two decades building large-scale machine learning systems. She watched the rest of the industry race toward bigger models and faster predictions. Diadia took the opposite path: build an auditable reasoning chain that a clinician can verify before acting. That meant solving causal inference, transparency, and clinical-grade evidence retrieval at the same time, against an industry default of black-box outputs.

Today the platform synthesises nearly 30 million genetic variants and 200+ multi-omic biomarkers per patient, grounded in 310,000+ peer-reviewed papers, to generate evidence-backed clinical reports. The result is an architecture in which hallucinated outputs are not just rare; they are structurally prevented. Every reasoning step is traceable. Every recommendation is one that a clinician can challenge and validate.

Diadia exited beta in March 2026 and is now deployed nationally with leading clinical sites in functional, integrative, and longevity medicine. The platform is delivering what is rare for clinical AI: specialist-level diagnostic depth without the referral lag, faster resolution of complex chronic cases, and a level of clinician trust that comes only from being able to inspect and validate every step of the reasoning. Clinic partnerships are scaling rapidly post-launch.

The impact on the AI industry is twofold. First, Diadia is proving that ethical, transparent AI is not a constraint on performance; it is the unlock for adoption in regulated fields where pattern-matching has stalled. Second, Diadia is reaching the patients most failed by population-based medicine: the 100M+ women navigating perimenopause, hormonal dysfunction, complex metabolic disease, and autoimmune conditions who wait years longer than men to receive a correct diagnosis. The reasoning engine that closes that gap is universal, and it is now being applied to any patient whose biology defies the standard clinical script.

Elena was named #2 on . Diadia is the clinical intelligence layer that finally makes precision medicine operational, for the patients who have been waiting the longest.

About Centuro Global

In September 2025, armed federal agents raided a Hyundai electric vehicle plant in Georgia and detained 475 workers who did not have the correct work authorisation. Construction halted overnight, South Korea chartered a plane to fly its nationals home, and the incident triggered a diplomatic crisis between two allied governments. This is what happens when global workforce compliance fails. Yet for most companies, the systems meant to prevent it still rely on spreadsheets, fragmented providers, and reactive guesswork.

Centuro Global was founded in 2019 by Zain Ali and Asma Bashir. Asma previously built and sold Newland Chase, one of the largest corporate immigration firms in the world, to CIBT. That experience exposed a fundamental flaw in how the industry operates.

Immigration, business travel, and entity compliance are treated as separate workflows by separate providers, but compliance decisions in each domain depend on data from the others. A business trip can trigger tax residency obligations. A visa status change can invalidate a travel itinerary. An entity setup alters what work authorisation is required in-country. Nobody was connecting these data points, because nobody held them in a single system. Centuro was built to connect them.

That connected dataset enables Centuro鈥檚 AI to do more than automate tasks within one domain. It correlates data across all three and proactively flags where activity in one creates exposure in another. Every case processed enriches the dataset further, creating a compounding intelligence moat that siloed providers cannot replicate.

Salesforce, managing over 50,000 business trips per year across Brazil, the US, and Canada, adopted Centuro to replace a compliance process fragmented across emails and manual checklists. McDermott, operating in complex jurisdictions across the Middle East and Africa, reduced compliance administration by 70% using the platform. Aggreko runs 485 immigration cases across 25+ entities globally through Centuro, catching compliance exposures that its previous processes missed entirely.

The platform has won three major industry awards: the FEM EMEA Award 2025 for Most Innovative Global Mobility Technology, the inaugural GBTA VentureConnect Europe Award in Hamburg, and the FEM Americas Award 2026 for Best Business Travel Management Solution.

Cross-border compliance has always been manual, reactive, and fragmented. Centuro is proving that AI can change that model fundamentally, making compliance proactive, continuous, and scalable in ways that human-only delivery cannot match.

As regulation tightens and global mobility accelerates, the companies that embrace technology will scale. Those that don鈥檛 will be caught out by risk they never saw coming.

ea-global-logo

About EA Global AI Limited

Since 2020, our mission has been harnessing AI to save our world. With a world-class team, EA Global AI has been designed to take the donkey-work out of ESG compliance, allowing companies to channel their valuable time into improving the policies they reported on, rather than wasting time reiterating them.

Today, EA transforms how enterprises handle reporting across formats including Word, Excel, and PDF with a single click. Once one use case has been completed, the platform can be applied across other business demands, from RFPs and DDQs to tenders and ESG disclosures. Users report up to 90 percent faster completion of ESG submissions such as EcoVadis and a 66 percent reduction in RFP preparation time.

One challenge we have overcome has been building an AI platform that organisations can trust with high-stake reporting. In a space where accuracy, accountability, and transparency are critical, we recognised early on that our AI must abide by internal customer rules and approved language.

To address this, we developed a system that links generated answers back to the evidence source and corporate communications. This ensures users can trust that answers have been generated with approved language and can clearly trace where information has come from. This has been essential in helping businesses maintain confidence in the integrity of their reporting, while reducing the risk of misinformation. As one of only two IT approved AI solutions at Heineken, this is a solution that large organisations feel confident in.

Another challenge has been designing AI that enhances human expertise rather than attempting to replace it. Sustainability reporting requires judgement and cross-functional collaboration, so we built the platform with a strong human in the loop approach. Our technology has been designed to support teams by accelerating time-consuming tasks. Though EA provides a first draft, users have full oversight, control, and approval of final outputs with EAs collaborative functionality.

We have also worked hard to position our AI as a collaborative colleague rather than just a tool. That meant creating an experience that fits naturally into existing workflows, supports decision-making, and helps teams work more efficiently across departments. We designed an email integration function so that our AI can meet teams exactly where they are, something that sets us apart in the market.

The impact on the AI industry has been significant. 91探花 named EA a Top 5 AI company in 2024, and the company secured the number 9 spot in 91探花s SaaS 66 for 2025. EA also climbed to 4th place in the FinTech 50 rankings from 15th in 2023. Based in Cardiff and a proud member of Fintech Wales, the company has also joined the Sustainable Ports Association to bring agentic AI to port operations and documentation. Charles Radclyffe has been featured in the Financial Times and TechCrunch and speaks at international conferences on AI and productivity. The platform serves companies large and small across construction, software, finance, and EPC sectors, fundamentally changing how enterprises handle revenue-critical forms that until now required costly human effort.

About听Buildots

Buildots was founded in 2018 by Roy Danon, Aviv Leibovici, and Yakir Sudry to build the operational layer that the global construction industry has lacked. The sector loses an estimated 1.6 trillion dollars each year to inefficiency, rework, and schedule slippage, with progress traditionally tracked through site walks, marked-up drawings, and verbal updates. Buildots was built to replace that with structured, objective data.

The Buildots platform pairs 360-degree cameras and drone imagery with AI that compares site reality against the project 3D model and schedule. The result is automated progress tracking, predictive delay forecasts, and continuous performance metrics that give construction teams a single source of truth across every phase of a build.

Adoption in construction has historically been slow. Buildots had to prove that AI could deliver measurable, defensible value to firms accustomed to manual processes and high project risk. Over seven years of deployment, it has done so. The platform now serves more than 50 large-scale construction organisations across North America, the UK, Europe, and Israel, including Turner, JE Dunn, Mortenson, Whiting-Turner, VINCI Construction, HOCHTIEF, Bouygues Construction, Sir Robert McAlpine, and Wates. Intel is both a customer and an investor through Intel Capital. Field deployments show that Buildots and its PDCM methodology can reduce project delays by up to 50 percent.

The company has grown 100 percent year on year for multiple consecutive years, has worked on more than 250 projects, and has analysed over 1.4 billion square feet of construction. It employs more than 230 people across six countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Israel. A new Chicago office anchors a planned fourfold expansion across North America in 2025. The most recent funding round, 45 million dollars led by Qumra Capital and Hapoalim Equity, brings total funding to 166 million dollars. Other backers include Lightspeed, Viola, Intel Capital, TLV Partners, Future Energy Ventures, and OG Venture Partners.

In October 2025, Buildots launched underground utility tracking, the first solution to turn drone-captured imagery into structured progress and delay risk insights for the earliest phase of construction. In February 2026, Bouygues B芒timent Industrie selected Buildots for a 44,000 square metre logistics platform in France. In April 2026, Buildots unveiled construction intelligence as a new operational category, formalising a shift from subjective reporting to predictive, AI-driven project delivery.

The impact on the AI industry lies in showing that computer vision can move beyond software into the physical economy. Buildots is one of the clearest demonstrations that AI can become the operational backbone of a sector building global infrastructure, doing so with measurable, defensible value at enterprise scale.

About Recite Me

Recite Me helps organisations identify, understand and remove barriers across websites, documents and online content. We combine tech, AI innovation with human-centred accessibility expertise to make digital experiences more inclusive for everyone.
Recite Me was founded in 2010. Our CEO, who is dyslexic, experienced first-hand the limitations of traditional assistive technology.

Existing solutions were expensive, tied to individual devices and inaccessible for many people. Digital accessibility was being treated as a personal responsibility rather than something organisations should build into their digital experiences.
To address this, we started with the Recite Me Assistive Toolbar, a cloud-based accessibility solution that allows users to personalise websites to suit their needs through tools such as text-to-speech, translation, reading aids, styling controls and colour adjustment.

Most recently, we have significantly expanded our AI accessibility capabilities to help organisations move beyond basic compliance and take meaningful action at scale.
The Recite MeToolbar applies AI directly in the browser experience to support end users in real time. It includes AI features such as page summarisation which generates concise overviews of web content to improve comprehension and accessibility. It also provides simplified content rewriting, allowing users to convert complex text into easier-to-read formats. Alongside this, AI-powered dictionary and language tools help users understand unfamiliar terms and translate or adapt content into different languages, supporting a more inclusive browsing experience.

Powered by AI, the Recite Me Accessibility Checker platform runs more than 200 automated accessibility tests across websites and digital experiences, more than twice the industry standard. The accessibility checker helps organisations identify critical accessibility barriers while providing intelligent recommendations and prioritised fixes, making accessibility management faster, more scalable and easier to action.

AI-driven auto-fix technology applies smart temporary solutions to key accessibility issues while organisations work towards permanent remediation. This helps reduce immediate barriers for users without waiting for full redevelopment projects. Our AI powered alt tag generator automatically creates image descriptions across multiple languages to improve access for screen reader users and support organisations managing large volumes of content.

Our PDF Remediation and PDF Intercept solutions use AI to address a key challenging for digital accessibility fixing PDFs at scale. AI-driven remediation automatically analyses document structure, rebuilds reading order, generates alt text for images, and fixes tagging issues across thousands of documents simultaneously, resolving all 23 WCAG PDF-related criteria.

PDF Intercept layers conversational AI on top, instantly providing an accessible HTML alternative format. Users can interrogate documents in multiple languages, access auto-generated summaries and FAQs, and have acronyms explained in context.

Together, they turn what was once a slow, expensive, and largely manual process into a continuous, AI-powered programme of documented accessibility progress.
In 2025 alone, the Recite Me Toolbar was launched more than 8 million times and we made over 60 million webpages inclusive. Organisations using our technology have reported improved digital engagement, increased workforce diversity and reduced support enquiries.
Recite Me is focused on developing AI that not only identifies barriers, but actively helps organisations remove them faster, smarter and at scale.
