Leading digital workspace software provider聽聽has announced a new strategic partnership with a global federation of founder-led software companies,聽, as it targets accelerated international growth.
Founded in the Netherlands in 2010, Workspace 365 is trusted by more than 2,300 organisations to help employees achieve ultimate work focus through the simplification of their digital environment.
Aries Global was founded by technology growth investor, Michael Mitterlehner, and former Snowflake executive, Thibaut Ceyrolle. The Group scales some of the world鈥檚 most successful technology companies within the over $50 billion cloud marketplace ecosystem.
Aries Global has acquired all the shares previously held by Value Creation Capital and Oost NL. Workspace 365 now has three shareholders: co-founders Erik Nicolai and Hans de Graaf, and Aries Global.
Workspace 365 joins Aries鈥� coalition of founder-owned software companies in the Vertical Business Applications, Modern Work and Data & AI sectors.
This alignment of products and services, combined with both firms鈥� international growth aspirations, made Aries the ideal partner for Workspace 365, which aims to capitalise further on the substantial opportunity in the fast-growing global digital workplace marketplace.
The partnership with Aries will see the existing Workspace 365 management team, led by Erik Nicolai and Hans de Graaf, continue in their existing roles while leveraging Aries鈥� central Growth & AI Infrastructure 鈥� a key part of Aries鈥� offering.
By collaborating with Aries and benefitting from its proven Growth & AI Infrastructure, Workspace 365 has a vision to capitalise on its European growth 鈥� to expand its presence internationally and enhance the product roadmap.
