鈥淟eadership skills in the UK are lagging, with only 33 percent skills proficiency according to our 2021 Global Skills Report. The UK鈥檚 29 percent proficiency in overall business skills also ranks the lowest in Europe and #77 globally. Addressing the lack of effective leadership skills is a growing point of emphasis, as these organisations navigate disruption and new challenges caused by the pandemic,鈥 said Anthony Tattersall, VP of EMEA at Coursera. 鈥We鈥檙e excited to launch the Leadership Academy that provides teams across the organisation with job-based skills development paths, and equips them with the growth mindset and human skills required to thrive in the digital economy鈥.
